Happy Wedding Wednesday, lovebirds!Today, we’re ecstatic to share with you our one last weddings from 2017. It was such an honor working with Karla and Lloyd to put together this stunning and glam celebration last winter, so without further ado, please enjoy these lovebirds’ romantic soiree!Karla and Lloyd’s lovely celebration took place at the Fig House. The couple wanted their ceremony to take place at night with a super wintery, romantic vibe so we kicked off their wedding with the cocktail hour and ended with an enchanting family-style dinner. While the tradition was defied, the whole night was even the more beautiful and memorable.For their ceremony, we hung up art deco lighting fixtures as the anchor for the ceremony (did someone say statement piece?) and candles galore down their aisle to create a ceremony that was simply dripping with romantic glow. The turnout was truly breathtaking; the epitome of a winter wonderland which gave us all the feels!For their reception, we incorporated geometric elements to complement the setting of the venue. We used hexagon marble tiles as place cards for each guest and gold rimmed flatware for a glam look. We garlanded the tables with greens, blooms and varying sized candles in gold vessels to elevate the ambiance of the dinner. As the pièce de résistance, we hung greens and light orbs over the tables. Swoon!Since Karla and Lloyd are both major foodies, the food needed to be absolutely delicious! The guests left with a full, happy tummy!Finally, in light of the holiday season, we set up a kissing corner with a mistletoe. It was so much fun!This is it for now lovebirds!
